Proxies are specifically disallowed and are permanently banned on sight.

Roleplay Naming Policy
This is a role playing server. While you do not have to role play, we do enforce a role play naming policy. All names are subject to administrative interpretation, and all judgments are FINAL. Nicknames and titles are to have " " around them.
Forcerenames the offender are ONLY to be enforced by STAFF MEMBERS & RPC (Role playing coordinator)

General Naming Policy
Along with the roleplaying name policy, there is a general naming policy. Below is a simple guide on how to name your character properly.
Acceptable names
Okay names are as follows
Moon-Sentinel Narnia
Leon S Kennedy
Inspector Gadget (/sigh)
Uncommon nouns like The Scrivener
Names that are used by <HUMANOID> NPC's. Such as Stitches.
Unacceptable names
Celebrity references eg. Barrack Obama, Adam Sandler, and such. (Movie characters are also not allowed. eg. Harry potter.)
Inappropriate names, such as niggerfaggotjew (permaban), cocksucker, dickweed, asshole, or pussylickingood.
Common nouns such as hero, slave, or princess (though these could be used in titles accompanied by a real name)
Certain names may be deemed unacceptable by administrative standards, though they may not appear to conflict with the naming policy. Administrators have final say on the naming policy.

In Game Communication
Guidelines for all communication in game.
Broadcast (!announce)
Simple rules that are based off of common sense. If you lack common sense, you are out of luck.
Please note that vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate material is not tolerated and the user responsible will be punished accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to: sexist and racial slurs, harassment, threats of any kind, profanity, and otherwise offensive material. Please note that bad mouthing, or expressing dislike of ANY user falls under harassment and will not be tolerated.
Trolling & drama-sparking&Flood = Kick, Mute, Ban.**
An example of flood would be somebody flooding broadcast with a big amount of "OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG" or "awfieafhiehf'.
Advertisement will result in an immediate permanent ban, if no staff are available place a twenty-four (24h) hour mute and report.**
Disrespecting administration = Punishment to the discretion of staff.

All Other Channels /w included.
These channels share the same rules as Broadcast.
Harrassment
Harassment is taken very seriously here. Harrassment can be reported in the abuse reports forum section, or PMed to an administrator.
Examples of harassment
Evading somebody's /ignore.
Hopping accounts to get into a phase.
And more. (Subject to administrative interpretation.)
Mischanneling
!announce is for general chatter, LFG is for guild adverts and !roleplay announce is for Roleplay advertisement. Respect the categories of these channels and do not abuse them.
Warning first offense.**
Kick second offense.**
One hour (1h) mute third offense.**

Server Staff reserve the right to bypass the set procedures ONLY IF the circumstances require it. Staff members should not be making up rules on the spot for no credible reason
